March 12, 2007 The first of December, John and I moved from our three story townhouse to a one level house on the north side of Rawlins. We just love not having to climb all those stairs!, but now will have to contend with lots of deer. We are both well; I'm only working part time, but John is very busy at our store, partly due to the influx of lots of oilfield workers in the area. The housing market is unbelievable - we sold our home seven hours after just talking to the realtor.
